Even after the deal was finalized, he maintained a strong connection with the seller to make sure that the home was in a ‘broom-swept’ condition and move-in ready. Having moved in, we haven’t had
to patch up any walls as Ivan ensured that was done by the seller.

Ivan is highly personable and he will see all his clients through the entire process from start until after closing. Even then he will always maintain contact and check in to ensure that we are settled in and for that, he goes above and beyond all expectations.
